An introduction call takes about 15 minutes and we use this time to get to know you a little bit better. We want to know what your fitness experience is and what your goals are. We will answer all of your questions and help you get started

Bear’s Den Fitness is a CrossFit affiliated gym. We take pride in the fundamentals that CrossFit provide through constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Every day is a different workout that can be customized to your abilities and comfort level. We use safe, effective, and efficient movements similar to those you use every day in life. The workout intensity levels are adjusted to work you towards a safely improved fitness.

We are dedicated to provide fun with fitness in our Kids, Homeschool, and Teens classes. They will learn about fundamental movements, strength training, running techniques, conditioning, and we always finish the class with a fun game. Do the kids work hard? Yes! But the class is designed so that they are learning, having fun, and leave with a smile.
