
Safe Fitness Oppurtunities for Kids
We are dedicated to providing fun with fitness in our CrossFit Kids classes. They will learn about fundamental movements, strength training, running techniques, and conditioning. We always finish the class with a fun game. Do the kids work hard? Yes! But the class is designed so that they are learning, having fun, and leaving with a smile.
Our CrossFit Kids class is offered in an 8 week cycle, with classes once a week. Tuesday’s are for 6 years old through 3rd Grade. Thursday’s are for 4th – 8th Grade. Class time is 6:45pm – 7:30pm.

CrossFit Kids (6yo – 3rd Grade) – The March-May cycle begins on March 28. This class is capped at 12 kids.
CrossFit Kids (4th-8th Grade) – The March-May cycle begins on March 30. This class is capped at 18 kids.
