An introduction call takes about 15 minutes and we use this time to get to know you a little bit better. We want to know what your fitness experience is and what your goals are. We will answer all of your questions and help you get started.

Yes! The Orientation session is required. The cost is $40. This is completed with a coach in a one-on-one setting allowing you to work on movements and safe lifting techniques. If you have a friend (or two) that you would like to go through Orientation with, the cost will be reduced. This is an extremely important part of programs for it will introduce you to all of the basic movements we use during the workouts. You will learn safe lifting techniques that will serve you the rest of your life.
No, but we highly recommend it! The Foundations course prepares you for the strength training movements of CrossFit. There are three sessions with each session focused on a specific strength training movement, such as Deadlift, Squat, and Press. Each session goes into a detailed progression and provides a plan to work up to more complex movements over time.
