While CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that teaches functional movement patterns, such as pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, carrying, and running; we also offer a Total Body Fat-Burning option. Sweat workouts do not include Olympic lifting or gymnastics. They are geared for building cardiovascular endurance and increased lean muscle mass, with high intensity intervals.
