Our Class Schedule:

CrossFit classes are available Monday – Friday at 5:30am, 9:30am, 4:15pm, and 5:30pm.

Sweat classes are available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 12:00pm and 6:30pm. 

Thursdays we provide an active recovery and muscle isolation class.

Saturdays (9:15am) we have fun with a partner workout, which is a combination of CrossFit, Cardio, and Endurance. On the last Saturday of the month, you can always bring a friend to workout with for free.

CrossFit Kids classes are available on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:45pm. Tuesday is for kids 6 years old through 3rd  Grade. Thursday is for kids in 4th – 8th Grade. Class is 45 minutes long.
