Our Class Schedule:

CrossFit classes are available Monday – Friday at 5:30am, 9:30am, 4:15pm, and 5:30pm. As well as M/W/F at 7:00am.

Sweat classes are available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 12:00pm and 6:45pm. As well as Tuesdays and Thursday at 7:00am.

Saturdays (9:15am) we have fun with a partner workout, which is a combination of CrossFit, Cardio, and Endurance. Saturday’s are a fun workout to bring a friend to workout with for free.

CrossFit Kids classes are available on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:45pm. Tuesday is for kids K through 2nd  Grade. Thursday is for kids in 3rd – 6th Grade. Class is 45 minutes long.
