CrossFit classes are available Monday – Friday at 5:30am, 9:30am, 4:15pm, and 5:30pm. As well as M/W/F at 7:00am.
Sweat classes are available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 12:00pm and 6:45pm. As well as Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00am.
Yoga classes are every Saturday at 8:45am and Thursdays at 7pm on the following dates: 6/6, 6/20, 7/11, 7/25, 8/8, and 8/22.
On Saturdays at 9:30am we have fun with a partner workout, which is a combination of CrossFit, Cardio, and Endurance. Saturday’s are a fun workout to bring a friend to workout with for free.
CrossFit Youth classes are available as an 8-week cycle on Tuesdays and Thursdays. CrossFit Kids is offered on Tuesdays for kids K through 2nd Grade and 3rd – 6th Grade. CrossFit Teens is offered on Thursdays for ages 10-14. View the CrossFit Youth page to learn more.
