Schedule

Our Class Schedule:

CrossFit classes are available Monday through Friday at 5:30am, 8:00am, 9:30am, 4:15pm, and 5:30pm.

Stride classes are available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:00am, as well as Wednesday at 9:30am and 12:00pm.

Sweat classes are available Monday and Friday at 12:00pm as well as Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:45pm.

Yoga classes are every Saturday at 9:45am

On Saturdays at 8:30am we have fun with a partner workout, which is a combination of CrossFit, Cardio, and Endurance. Saturdays are a fun workout to bring a friend to work out with for free.

CrossFit Youth classes are available as an 8-week cycle on Tuesdays and Thursdays. CrossFit Kids is offered on Tuesdays for ages 4-6 from 6:45pm – 7:15pm and ages 7-10 from 7:30pm – 8:15pm. CrossFit Teens is offered on Thursdays for ages 10-14 from 6:45pm – 7:45pm.
